Welcome back students! I hope everyone had an enjoyable summer break.
I had a busy summer! My family and I sold our home, and we are in the process of building our new one. It's been stressful but a good stress. I'm definitely ready to get back to some routine in my life.
This school year is going to be exciting! As usual, I'm sticking with some old activities, but I have some new ones as well. I attended two amazing workshops this summer. The Visualizing and Verbalizing for Language Comprehension and Thinking workshop provided me with the perfect strategies to help children with their language comprehension while reading. I'm really excited about this program! Also, The Yoga 4 Classrooms workshop was just as wonderful, and I brought home a ton of ideas to share with the teachers!
It's going to be a great year!
